Products must be returned in new condition with original packaging 14 Days after date of purchase. BYOB Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at BYOB Beauty in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at BYOB Beauty’s discretion. We may ask you for a Government Identification to verify your identity.

We regret that we will be unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. In store credit will be deposited in your account once the return has been processed.
